FABRICATION FRP & METAL

We are partner and distributer of RPS Composite Company for KSA which is designs and manufactures composite corrosion resistant pipe systems and process equipment. From material selection through component design, stress analysis, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and maintenance, RPS Composites has the capabilities to ensure you realize the full benefits of your composite installation.

RPS pipe systems and equipment are used in a wide variety of industrial processing environments including: Chemical Processing, Mineral Processing, Steel Processing, Pulp and Paper, Power – Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD), Carbon Capture, Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) Processing, Effluent Limitation Guidelines (ELG) Processing, Steel Processing – Electro Galvanizing and Pickling Lines, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Semiconductor Manufacturing, and Water and Waste Water Treatment.

Our corrosion resistant composite materials include fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP), also known as GRP (glass reinforced plastic) and RTP (reinforced thermosetting plastics), and dual laminate materials – thermoplastic lined FRP. We have experience with a wide range of thermoset and thermoplastic materials including Isophthalic, Vinylester, Phenolic, and Furan thermosets and Polypropylene (PP), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) High Density Polyethylene (HPDE), Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP Teflon), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF Kynar), Ethylene ChloroTriFluoroEthylene (ECTFE Halar) thermoplastics. These highly corrosion resistant and chemical resistant materials are used in the production of a wide range of industrial equipment; pipes and fittings, tanks, process vessels, columns, scrubbers, air and fume handling equipment – duct, stacks, plenums – chlorine headers, electrolytic cells, hoods, covers, structural beams, grating, stairs, platforms, anode boxes, static mixers, strainers, electro winning cells, penstocks, and linings.

Composite pipe systems and equipment are suitable for a wide range of process streams including strong acids and bleaches; hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), phosphoric acid, chlorine gas wet, chlorine gas dry, chlorine dioxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, and solvent extraction solutions. RPS pipe systems and equipment are used in critical process streams where failure is not an option – chlor alkali, solvent extraction, titanium dioxide, bleach, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, pickling, galvanizing, scrubbing.

Our composite corrosion resistant liners can be formulated to provide enhanced erosion resistance for process streams containing solids, e.g. limestone slurry, gypsum slurry, iron oxide slurry, mineral processing. Conductive liners are also available to prevent build up of static electricity.

FRP and Dual Laminate pipe systems and equipment offer significant performance and life cycle cost benefits compared to carbon steel, stainless steel, rubber lined carbon steel, high nickel alloys, and lined steel materials. To ensure our customers realize the full benefits of composites we offer a wide range of support services including Engineering – material selection, specifications, component design, pipe stress analysis (PSA), finite element analysis (FEA) – and “inside the fence services” – as licensed General Contractors offering installation, inspection, and maintenance to End Users, General Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors.

RPS makes it easier for our customers to realize the benefits of choosing composite piping and equipment. We provide our customers with smarter choices.
